I am very disappointed with the scheduling and communication at this shop. I went in person on July 28th to book an appointment for July 30th. I dropped my car off at 9:00 AM today for a two-engine-mount replacement which is two hour job. When I returned at 2:00 PM expecting the work to be finished, I was told they could not do it today and it would have to wait until tomorrow. Leaving my car all day for a pre-scheduled job with zero communication is unacceptable

I cannot say enough good things about Givan and Robert at All Access! They went above and beyond and completely transformed the look of my Caddy. I was originally looking at spending around $1,200 per rim for a new set of wheels, but what All Access did made my vehicle look even better than the new rims I was considering. The attention to detail, professionalism, and pride they put into their work really shows. Thank you, Givan and Robert, for being so amazing and for taking my vision and making it even better than I imagined. I truly appreciate the incredible work and would recommend All Access to anyone looking to make their vehicle stand out!

I’ve had minor and major work done at both shops and I can say that both shops are worthy of 5 stars. They are honest, knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond as far as updating us and checking in even after the work has been completed. I truly trust that the information they are giving me is honest and not just an effort to upsell me. In addition to the customer service reps, the owner also steps in to ensure everything is satisfactory! I highly recommend All Access and they will continuously to earn my business.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this shop and would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their vehicle, especially modified vehicles. Recently I installed a lift kit on my truck at home and then brought it in for an alignment and new tires (upsized from 33s to 35s). I supplied new wheels as well. They were very helpful, provided feedback and recommendations on tire sizing, and even offered to make minor modifications to the truck to ensure the new wheels and tires had no rubbing issues. What struck me was their flexibility and how easy it was to work with what I had. A lot of shops won’t touch modified vehicles, much less work on stuff that someone did at home. Everything was super easy, quick, and the truck came out great! Long story short they hooked me up. Worth adding that their tech Jimmy will align whatever you got and will do custom specs as well. Great shop to work with!
